Lower rates the same account can reach without VIP volume. Not used for ranking. The table sorts on the rate charged with no token held and nothing issued, which is what you pay on day one.
How these numbers are put together
Fees are recorded in basis points to avoid rounding artefacts, and always at the standard tier. VIP schedules are excluded because they depend on 30-day volume and token holdings that differ per account. Quoting the best possible rate would make every row incomparable. A negative maker fee means the exchange pays you for providing liquidity. The effective rate blends maker and taker according to the order mix you set in the calculator.
